Where can I buy your products?
Go to the inquiry menu up above and go to find dealers online. Type your zip code and the closet shops will appear at your screen also some online dealers will show up as well to provide you service if a dealer is no where to be found in your location.

Does a missing warranty card void my warranty when I buy the product?
No if a warranty is missing it does not void your warranty but it doesn't guarantee your warranty either. You may download one online and send it to Extreme Max as soon as you can. This is located under Support>Warranty and Forms.

Why does the navigation look weird online?
The website is best viewed in Firefox 3.5 or higher and Internet Explorer 8 but if you are using Internet Explorer 6 or 7 please upgrade to 8. If it still doesn't work out in Internet Explorer 8, press F12 (or tools>Development tools, tools is located in the menu bar by file, edit, view etc.) then change the browse mode to choose Internet Explorer 8 (located on the right side of validate on the first row where the file, find, disable, view, outline, etc is located).
