The Extreme Max Universal Fit Wall-Mount Spare Tire Carrier is designed for mounting inside an enclosed trailer or shop. It feature an all-steel construction for maximum strength and durability. When not holding a tire, the carrier fold flat against the wall, taking up minimal space. Its truly universal fit utilizes the axle hole on the wheel, holding the tire in place with a versatile crossbar and oversized wingnut for easy, no-tool access. The Spare Tire Carrier is designed to support a spare tire in the upright position, but it is not intended to support an elevated tire. Position the holder so the tire will remain supported by the floor or other solid, stable surface. Due to the variety of surfaces to which the holder may be mounted, mounting hardware is not included.
