The Extreme Max 3005.3470 Flip-Up Dock Ladder is the perfect solution for easy access to and from the water at your boat dock, lake house, or marina slip. Its 3-step design and 21" wide ladder frame provide a safe, stable boarding experience—whether you're taking a dip or climbing back onto your dock. Unlike stationary ladders that collect weeds, algae, and grime, this ladder flips up and out of the water when not in use, keeping it clean and extending its lifespan. Built from welded aluminum, it supports up to 300 lbs and resists corrosion in freshwater environments. Installation is simple with common hand tools. The ladder mounts to wood, concrete, or composite surfaces using four 1/2" or 12 mm bolts (not included), making it a long-lasting, low-maintenance addition to any dock system.
