The Recessed Trolling Motor Foot Control Tray from Extreme Max helps you do just that, taking your deck-height foot control down and placing into the floor for a clean, professional look that can greatly improve your trolling enjoyment. At deck height, your foot control forces you to stand in a position of bad posture as you shift your body to accommodate the higher foot control. Bad posture leads to fatigue, aches and pains, none of which make for an enjoyable time on the water no matter how many fish are leaping into your boat. A recessed foot control mount alleviates these concerns, letting you stand straighter and stronger with better balance, allowing you to provide more consistent control to your trolling motor. On top of that, a recessed foot control mount helps reduce deck clutter by containing the foot control unit. Holes in the bottom of the tray work both as drainage and for cable routing.
