Proper maintenance is important for safe, efficient plowing. Always replace worn or broken plow feet for effective plowing and safety. The plow foot is the small, L-shaped bracket located on the bottom of the plow blade. When the plow is in use, the plow foot maintains contact with the ground, keeping the plow blade slightly elevated. This elevation helps to protect plow and property from damage that could be caused from catching the plow blade directly. Replacement plow feet are sold individually.
