Mounted to the cavitation plate on your outboard or sterndrive's lower unit, the hydrofoil noticeably reduces the time it takes to get your boat on plane, creating an easier driving experience and a safer operation. While on plane, the hydrofoil boosts normal driving performance, maximizing top speed while also keeping the boat on plane at lower speeds, creating more time driving on top of the water and less time plowing through it. As an added benefit, the reduced time between on-plane and off-plane adds a nice bump to your engine's fuel efficiency so you can spend more time on the water and less time at the gas dock. The hydrofoil is designed for outboard and sterndrive engines from 40 HP to 300 HP and includes all necessary hardware for installation. The sleek black polycarbonate construction matches well with any engine color. Not to be used as a step. Installation requires drilling.
